Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DOT DRIVER CERTIFICATION, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund:

To qualify for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is made within 72 hours (3 days) of your original purchase date.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any part of a test, quiz, or final exam.
    • Requested, downloaded, or received a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course content.
    • Accessed or downloaded significant digital training materials (e.g., manuals, guides).
    • Been notified of the shipment of any physical training materials or merchandise.

How to Request a Refund:

If you meet all the criteria above, please submit your refund request in writing via email to support@dotdrivercertification.com within the 72-hour window. Your request must include:

  • Your full name and username/account email.
  • The order/receipt number as proof of purchase.
  • A brief reason for your refund request.

Non-Refundable Items and Scenarios:

Please note that NO REFUND will be issued for:

  • Any shipped physical training materials or merchandise (once shipment is processed).
  • Any mandated regulatory or processing fees associated with the certification course.
  • Failure to pass required quizzes, final exams, or other assessments within the allotted attempts.
  • Failure to meet identity verification or validation requirements for exam proctoring.
  • Course access expiration after the defined term (e.g., one year from purchase).
  • Expedited processing or shipping services once they have been fulfilled.
  • Bundled course packages if any part of the bundle has been accessed or used beyond the refund criteria.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Course-Specific Policies:

Certain certification programs or courses may have specific terms, conditions, or promotional policies presented during registration. If any course-specific policy conflicts with this general refund policy, the course-specific terms will take precedence. If you are unsure about the terms for your specific course, please contact us for clarification before purchasing.
